Richford Street
The Richford Street Day Nursery celebrated 10 years of providing quality childcare in January 2006 in its purpose-built nursery on the ground floor of a residential development. It provides a very well-planned and child-friendly environment, whilst caring for up to 70 children under the age of 5. Richford Street also benefits from its own enclosed playground.Within easy access of Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush, and major employers such as the BBC, this is a very popular nursery in west London.
The Richford Street Day Nursery has recently implemented Speech and Language groups with ongoing support from a Speech and Language Therapist. This is unique to the nursery.

Melissa Lewis NVQ Level 3
Melissa has been working in the childcare field for 8 years in a variety of settings. Having begun her career as a child minder, she progressed into working as a Play Leader at Ravenscourt Pre-School and Manager at the Wendell Park Pre-School. In 2009 Melissa, alongside other volunteers, set up a weekend children’s club called Keeping Youth Active, a weekend youth club offering a range of activities, and whose remit is to “actively change the community”.
Melissa joined Bringing Up Baby in April 2010 as a Senior staff member, and quickly proved herself to be a capable and committed member of the team. In her time with us she has shown a great passion for children, as well as their parents and staff members. Melissa herself is a mother of 2 children.

HOURS
The nursery is open from 8.00am – 6.15pm week days
Easter 2012: The nursery closes on Wednesday 4th April at 6.15pm and re-opens on Monday 16th April at 8.00am.
The nursery will be closed on all bank holidays.
