Competitive Salaries

We offer a competitive scale of scales and benefits, including a pension scheme and nursery social events.

Training

We were re-credited with the Investors in People award in September 2005.

To ensure our staff’s knowledge and practice is kept up to date our main in-house training each year will include:

  • First Aid
  • Basic Food Hygiene
  • Health and Safety
  • Management training

We try and ensure that all our staff and nursery training needs are met through courses held by different training agencies, both off-site and in-house. These may include Equal Opportunities, Special Educational Needs and the new Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.

NVQ training and funding for Levels 2, 3 and 4 is also offered.

Childcare

We offer a subsidised scheme for the care of our staff children.

Holidays

20 days paid holiday per year, rising with long service, plus all bank holidays.

Hours

40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days depending on the position
