December & January Update

December 2007
Coffee morning Wednesday 5th December 8.30 AM till 10 AM
Parents and staff social evening Wednesday 12th December 7PM till 9PM.
Children’s Christmas party Friday 14th December @ 2PM.
One of our dad’s will be Father Christmas and we have invited children who have left to come and join us. Our entertainer will be Joanne Frolich from Tots-teens. Most of our activities for December will be around Christmas.
We have planned a children’s trip to Waterman’s Theatre 11th, 12th & 18th December to see “Giraffes can’t dance.”
Children’s Christmas lunch Monday 17th December.
Fundraising raffle 19th (all proceeds to west mid hospital)
Nursery closes on 20th @ 6.15pm.
January 2008
Nursery re-opens 2nd @ 8.00am.

Children’s committee
They have decided they would like to have fruit smoothies made for them at lunch time as well as fish and chips. They would also like to have more trips to see animals like horses, ducks. rabbits etc.
Staff Update
We have recently welcomed Amy to our Baby room & our trainee Nosheen has been promoted to Nursery Practitioner in the Over 2s room.
