Early Years Advisors

All of our nurseries are members of their local Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership. This enables us to access external training courses as well as to link up with an Early Years Advisor.These advisors regularly visit the nurseries and provide advice, support and guidance in areas such as curriculum planning, observation and assessment and Special Educational Needs.
Some of our advisors have also provided us with some excellent in house training for our staff as well as speaking at Parents Evenings.
Good practice is shared amongst the Company and new ideas and procedures are put into place as and when necessary.
